Then please follow these steps:
- You should use the “Submit an Article” link on User Menu.
- Ensure that you read the Author Guidelines.
- Ensure that you used the Article Template File.
* Please note that even if the submissions are accepted by the reviewers, manuscripts are not published unless approved by the editorial board.
