2. Submission Policy (Online Submission Only)
UTISGAD Journal accepts submissions only through its online submission system.

6. Peer Review and Publication Process

6.1 Editorial Screening (Desk Review)
All manuscripts are first checked for:
- Template compliance
- Aims and scope relevance
- Ethical standards
- Similarity screening via iThenticate (≤20%)
Non-compliant submissions are desk rejected.
6.2 Peer Review
- Reviewed by at least two independent reviewers
- Reviewers must have no conflicts of interest

- Authors must resubmit within 15 days
- Final decision is given after reviewer approval
